Joel Steinberg has been an investor, operator, and advisor to rapid growth companies for over 25 years. He has led multiple industry consolidation plays, facilitating numerous complex M&A closings, often securing financing underpinning the transactions.
Joel raised $5M for his family’s CPG distribution company, and steered it through 8 acquisitions before selling it to a $3.5B publicly traded company.
He has provided succession, restructuring, financing, and M&A advisory services to companies in numerous industries. Notably, Joel secured financing for multiple white label ATM companies and facilitated over 20 M&A transactions (aggregate value of over $90M) as the industry consolidated.
